STARTER: Cheese and bread table:

            • Assorted home-baked breads: seed loaf, ciabatta, olive & rosemary focaccia

            • Mini cocktail rolls

            • Assorted crackers, including rice cakes & crackers (gluten free)

            • Assorted dips & spreads: farm butter, cream cheese, smoked snoek paté, pesto, garlic & parsely butter, fig preserve, apricot chutney

            • Assorted cheeses: cheddar, gouda, brie, camembert, mozzarella, blue cheese

            • Pickles: olives, gherkins, sundried tomatoes

            • Seasonal fruit

 MAINS

            • Rolled, slow roasted fillet, stuffed with mushrooms, wrapped in prosciutto with a red wine & rosemary jus

• Herb crusted chicken with chardonnay mushroom sauce

• Potato Gratin, with cream & thyme

            • Roasted vegetables: butternut, red onion, courgette, peppers, cauliflower

• Festive Summer salad: lettuce, herbs, baby tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, feta, spring onions, olives, toasted seeds

Halaal dish:

            • Moroccan lamb skewers with a mint & yoghurt sauce

Vegetarian dish:

            • Aubergine parmigiana stack with halloumi, pesto & mushrooms

DESSERT: Sweet table
